US Law requires all companies to give eligible employees job-protected leave for the birth, adoption, or foster care of a child, or for a serious health condition for an employee or their immediate family.
As an employee-owner, you are eligible to receive FMLA benefits if you have worked for the company for at least 12 months and provided at least 1,250 hours of service during the 12 months prior to requesting leave.
