We care deeply about the health and safety of all members of the Ovia community, and we understand the serious impact that the coronavirus outbreak is having not just on your health, but on each and every aspect of your daily life. As we all do our part to flatten the curve and keep our communities safe, it’s more important than ever — but also more difficult — to pay attention to your own physical, mental, and social health.
Ovia’s health coaches are available 7 days a week to provide you with support during this difficult time. Our dedicated team of medical professionals can help you understand more about COVID-19 symptoms and testing, provide expert guidance and advice, and help you navigate the care, benefits, and resources that are available to you.
Our coaches are here to lend a (virtual) shoulder to lean on and can also provide guidance about general concerns, mental health concerns, or issues more directly related to pregnancy. Being pregnant is stressful enough on a good day — we recognize that dealing with a global pandemic makes it even more so. Right now, we’re hearing questions like:
- Will I be able to deliver in a hospital?
- Will COVID-19 impact my newborn?
- Can I breastfeed if I get COVID-19?
- Is it safe to go outside?
Our coaches are here to help. Whether you need friendly guidance on your birth plan, are looking for mental health support, or just need somebody to talk to during this challenging time, Ovia’s health coaches are ready to talk.
Coaches are available from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Eastern Time. Tap the button below to message an Ovia health coach.
