Get setup

When starting a new cycle, you’ll need to select the ‘new cycle’ button within 4 days of your period starting. If you’re turning on the monitor for the first time, you’ll set your local time, calibrate your screen, select a language, and create a PIN so your personal data is secured.

Create a testing window

This is the 6 hour window during which you’ll test when prompted by the monitor. For accurate results, you’ll need to select a time window when you can test using your first morning urine.

Know when to test

If it’s a test day, your home screen will let you know. You can also set an alarm to remind yourself. You’ll need to perform 10 fertility tests a month (or maybe 20 if your cycle is long or irregular).

Insert into the monitor

Cover the absorbent tip of the test with the cap (so you don’t touch your pee) and insert into the monitor so the colored side is on the right. Make sure the monitor is on, and that the Clearblue screen has disappeared before inserting.

Get your results

Wait for 5 minutes for the monitor to read your hormone levels from the test, then turn your monitor back on, remove the test, and check your results. The Clearblue® Fertility Monitor will tell you low, high, and peak fertility days so you can maximize your chances of getting pregnant.
