Surrogacy benefits through QRG

QRG offers a Surrogacy Reimbursement Assistance Program to help support parents-to-be. These benefits are administered by Progyny.

Your benefits

This program is available at no cost to QRG team members. Both parents are eligible if both are employed by QRG. Surrogacy can be a complicated and difficult process. Count on Progyny to guide you through the process and provide you with valuable resources along the way.

Qualified expenses include things like travel, legal, administrative, agency, and medical costs. And if you do welcome a new child into your family through surrogacy, you’ll be able to take advantage of QRG’s Parental Leave.

How it works

  • For reimbursement eligibility, expense must meet eligibility guidelines outlined in the policy and incurred within the last 12 months
  • The benefit amount is $10,000 max per child, and $20,000 for a team member’s lifetime.

QRG also offers a separate Adoption Reimbursement Assistance Program.
