This Giving Tuesday we’re excited to announce that we’ve donated $10,000 to 10 deserving, mission-aligned organizations — each one champions health education, access, and improved outcomes in a unique way.

Take a moment to learn about their important work!

1. March of Dimes

March of Dimes is a long-standing partner of Ovia Health’s. They’re supporting the health of moms, babies, and families in a range of ways — advocating for families and babies, supporting healthcare professionals and parents, and conducting research to advance maternal and infant health. Read their Maternity Care Desert Report here

2. Mama Glow

Mama Glow supports women from fertility to pregnancy and postpartum. They offer doula support, doula training, and even doula expos to highlight the importance of birth workers and break down barriers to care. Ovia was lucky enough to present at the Doula Expo in 2021

3. BabyQuest

BabyQuest provides financial assistance through fertility grants to those who cannot afford the cost of fertility treatments. They have awarded over 200 grants to date, helping deserving people build the families they’ve always envisioned.

4. The Preeclampsia Foundation

The Preeclampsia Foundation is working to improve outcomes of hypertensive disorders related to pregnancy by educating people about the signs and symptoms of preeclampsia, training healthcare professionals, and leading research to find a cause and a cure.

5. Family Equality

Family Equality is another fantastic Ovia Health partner. We’re worked with them to create content you love (like “Shades of us”) and to lead important conversations on Instagram Live. Family Equality is advancing equality for LGBTQ+ families and helping to create a world where everyone can experience family.

6. Postpartum Support International

PSI is raising awareness of mental health issues related to childbearing and making sure that those experiencing anxiety, depression, or other mental health struggles get the support they need.

7. Hand to Hold

Hand to Hold provides emotional support to NICU families before, during, and after a NICU stay. They believe that no one should feel like they’re alone during this challenging experience.

8. Black Mamas Matter

Black Mamas Matter is an Ovia Health partner. They are advocating, driving research, building power, and shifting culture for Black maternal health, rights, and justice. They work across sectors — partnering with grassroots organizations, academic institutions, and the broader public health community — to ensure that Black mamas have the rights, respect, and resources to thrive before, during, and after pregnancy.

9. Tewa Women United

Tewa Women United is improving reproductive healthcare access for low income families, Indigenous women, and people of color. They work in the ancestral Tewa homelands of Northern New Mexico.

10. Resolve

Resolve supports the family building journey by working to remove barriers for those looking to grow their families.
