Being a parent—especially when your baby is so young—requires a lot of work and flexibility. Fortunately, when possible, you may be able to make an arrangement with your manager or department at work.
There is no standard flexible schedule policy for new parents at Intelsat, but depending on your location and job function, it may be possible to work out an arrangement that works well for all involved.
If you’re interested in a flexible work schedule, you should speak with your manager and HR. They should be able to answer any questions you may have or direct you to someone who can answer questions about a flexible work arrangement.
