Welcoming a new child into your home takes a whole lot of love and a whole lot of time. Garney supports new parents by offering parental leave to all employee-owners, effective at day 1 of employment.
Birthing parents receive 12 weeks of paid leave without an elimination period. This leave is paid at 100% of their weekly salary.
Non-birthing parents receive 2 weeks up to 80 hours of paid leave without an elimination period and must be taken within the first 90 days of birth. This leave is paid at 100% of their weekly salary.
