Garney partners with Aflac to offer employee-owners cash and rewards for taking steps to lead a healthy life.
When an employee-owner and/or their spouse complete any preventive care visit (annual visit with labs, colonoscopy, mammogram, prostate exam, etc) and submit a form to HR@garney.com, they receive a $50 credit for the Garney Store.
In addition, if they are enrolled in an Aflac Accident or Critical Illness Plan, they can receive a $75 wellness check from Aflac.
On the Accident Plan, both the employee-owner and their spouse receive the credit; on the Critical Illness the employee-owner, their spouse and their dependent children on the plan are all eligible for the wellness benefit.
