As a Mesquite ISD employee, you have access to CareATC, an employee health center. CareATC gives those enrolled in a health plan offered by MISD or City of Mesquite access to low-cost, quality primary care and services.
CareATC is offered to employees, spouses, and dependents enrolled in the health plan. Eligible members have access to comprehensive medical care that includes primary care, prescriptions, on-site labs, and more. The convenient onsite Mesquite Pharmacy can refill prescriptions from any licensed medical provider, including CareATC and external providers.
There are three ways to schedule an appointment at CareATC:
- Download the CareATC app on the App Store or Google Play
- Visit the CareATC website
- Call the health center (972-882-71204) or pharmacy (972-882-7125)
Preparing for your visit:
- Activate your patient account by downloading the app or visiting the CareATC website.
- Each member on your health plan (age 18+) must create their own account.
- Complete new patient forms by logging into your patient account. If you’re unable to complete your patient forms before your appointment, arrive 15 minutes earlier.
- Bring a medication list of what you’re currently taking or have recently taken.
- Bring your ID and insurance card for your patient record.
