Reflecting on 2025: Ovia Health by Labcorp’s year of growth and innovation

2025 was a breakthrough year for Ovia Health by Labcorp. As we advanced our mission to deliver evidence-based, personalized support across the full continuum of women’s health, we expanded our reach, launched bold new initiatives, and reimagined the member experience.

By giving women enhanced resources to manage their health proactively, we supported health plans and employers in driving better outcomes, stronger engagement, and more effective risk management.

Here’s a look at the milestones that made 2025 a year of growth, innovation, and impact.

New name, same mission

2025 marked our official rebrand to Ovia Health by Labcorp, a major milestone in our partnership with a global leader in diagnostic testing and women’s health innovation.

By combining Ovia’s proven digital health programs with Labcorp’s expertise in diagnostics, clinical research, and patient data covering 95% of the U.S. population, we can deliver smarter, more connected solutions for our members. This integration will also enhance our ability to provide data-driven, preventive, and coordinated support for women at every stage of life.

One app, all the benefits

This year we simplified the member experience by integrating the Ovia Pregnancy experience into Ovia. Removing fragmentation and centralizing fertility, pregnancy, menopause, and general health support into a single digital platform can make it easier for members to engage with care.

Higher engagement supports earlier screenings, better self-management, and more consistent touchpoints with our Care Team.

For health plans and employers, our new Ovia experience unlocks:

  • Earlier risk identification and support
  • Stronger utilization across all benefit areas
  • Streamlined onboarding and communication
  • More holistic population insights that inform smarter health strategy

All while maintaining the clinical rigor and personalization Ovia is known for.

Strengthening 1:1 member support

The Ovia Care Team, backed by health coaches with backgrounds as nurses, midwives, doulas, certified menopause practitioners, fertility specialists, and more, played a critical role in advancing member engagement across the women’s health journey.

Through unlimited, personalized guidance, the team helped women navigate key health moments with confidence.

In 2025, the Care Team:

  • Provided 801 in-network CareFinder connections, improving access to care
  • Responded to 70,000+ member messages, delivering timely guidance
  • Hosted 20+ virtual webinars and workshops, expanding scalable education

Looking ahead, the Care Team will build on this momentum by expanding preventive touchpoints and guidance that complement clinical care and strengthen the member experience.

Expanding support for preventive and general health

Heart disease is the number one killer of women in the United States, yet many women’s health solutions don’t integrate cardiovascular support. We launched our Heart & Metabolic Health program to meet that challenge head-on.

Ovia’s personalized risk assessments, evidence-based education, and actionable lifestyle insights equip members to understand and manage their heart and metabolic health based on their age, health goals, and family health history.

For organizations, this proactive approach supports earlier intervention, improved clinical outcomes, and a path toward meaningful cost avoidance across conditions like hypertension, diabetes, and cardiovascular disease.

Bringing back the conversation

2025 also saw the re-launch of Ovia Talks, our podcast featuring perspectives from health coaches, clinicians, and industry leaders. Ovia Talks offers a platform for meaningful conversations to be shared about the biggest challenges in women’s and family health, from preventive care gaps, misinformation to health equity to digital-diagnostic innovation.

For our partners, the podcast serves as a resource hub, offering thought leadership to share with members, clients, and internal teams to spark education and engagement.

Looking Ahead

As we close out 2025, we’re energized by the progress we made and motivated by what’s ahead. Our commitment remains clear: deliver proactive, personalized support to drive better health outcomes for women.

With new capabilities on the horizon, deeper integration, and a continued focus on preventive, digitally enabled care, we’re excited to support our partners in shaping a healthier, more equitable future.

Here’s to building on this momentum in 2026 and beyond.
